Contact Insurance strives to keep the promises set out when the company was set up. We do this by giving our customers the best possible service we can. Pushing cases through underwriting as efficiently as possible, encouraging medical professionals (where applicable) to return reports as quickly as they can and keeping constant lines of communication open with all the Underwriters we deal with means that when we contact you, we’ll always be able to tell you where your application is.
In recognition of our hard working Administration staff, here are some notes of gratitude from recent cases:
When I responded to an internet generated sales proposal you can imagine I was a little sceptical as to whether this was a legitimate source for competitve cover, given that I have had a financial adviser for some years, who I have tended to use for these tasks.
To cut a long story short, the two girls, Kirsten [client administrator] and Katie [insurance consultant] are a credit to your company. They have battled for months to secure an end result that was not an easy task, (given my age particularly). Their patience with obtaining 2 sets of medical reports from my wife’s and my GP, together with their tenacity in not giving-up after potential rejection from L&G was an object lesson in never giving up.
Both girls have been a pleasure to talk to on the phone, accurate and punctilious with telephone and email communications and most valuable of all, everything was completed when appropriate with a real sense of humour, which has turned what could be a rather dry and boring exercise into an enjoyable experience.
I understand your company is relatively new and young and feel sure if my dealings with Kirsten and Katie are typical of all of your staff, then you will grow the company well in these difficult times.

Also my thanks to your team for painlessly re-broking my life cover – I had 2 policies both taken out about 8 and 6 years ago for £150,000 flat for 20 years and £150,000 for 20 years decreasing and I am/was paying approx £98.00 per month and now I have got £600,000 of cover for 15 years flat for £93.00 pm month – okay I have lost weight got fitter and given up smoking – but they did not do a full medical.
